Double for me on the day
Race 2 : Pioneer Square , beaten by a good one last time when looking a winner , should be hard to beat today
Race 6: Let's play poker, taken a while fot the penny to drop but this looks a progressive sort and can go in again today

R1: Lady Sabrina has the advantage of a better draw - really a 3 horse race - so not great odds being offered
R2: More competitive than it looks - Pioneer Square and Dylan's Champ both overdue and DC has the advantage of a neat draw; Beynac probably next best and will give a hint as to the performance of Let's Play Poker later; Gamer (though held) does have pole position, while Flight Engineer (nice draw) does seem capable and Asiah's Tiara gets both a female allowance as well as an apprentice allowance - so not without a chance despite an awkward draw
R3: Guy Alexander in great form and potentially would prefer the extra 200m; Tower of Gold performed poorly in his last start (would have expected him to finish closer despite taking on a strong field) - so imo does seem much too short at the odds; Romeo's Magic also ran poorly last time, but if returning to his best, he does hold GA easily; Ryan's Dream has taken a huge drop in ratings, and has run only 5,5 lengths behind Purple Pitcher (but more than a year ago) at basically level weights - so might upset if ready after a break of almost 8 months off the track
R4: F&M Handicap - so not easy - Kadizora overdue, while Hat's Queen has good form and pole position (although imo less important over 2000); Mount Etna has an obvious chance of repeating her last win, while I think that Rosy Lemon should prefer this trip and looks the value
R5: Another F&M Handicap - so again not easy; Key Worker does seem a bit short in the betting; Play With Fire has lots in her favor imo; Ruby Rebel has won her Maiden cozily (and received an appropriate raise in the ratings), while Cartagena has run on very well in her last start over 1800, so the 2000 is probably within her reach - unfortunately has a wide draw and will probably come from last again
R6: I really fancied Peace Treaty today, but with him not running, it looks more competitive; both Let's Play Poker and Twelve 'o Clock have come off Maiden wins, so hard to judge between them; Ombudsman has a tough draw, so the other two look more likely; does seem a bit of a shallow field though, so Princess Ilaria not without a place chance
R7: Another F&M Handicap; Salenio Pinunsila has a lot going from her, while Miss Lia also seems very capable with Francilien (but that one has not cracked a good draw); probably a 3-horse contest ?
R8: Call Me Master the right one on past form, but will have a lot to do from the draw; next obvious one is Sail the Sky, who is proving a bit inconsistent; as a roughie I fancy a bit of Remains of the Day from a good draw
