Rule 72.1.17 – In that she conspired to commit an act of corruption, fraudulent and dishonest practice in that she altered entries in her Veterinary Treatment Register pertaining to GREEN FAME. Fined R30 000 of which R5000 is suspended for a period of twenty- four months
