No racing in SA 3rd/24th and 10/11/12 March 2025 and 17/18/19 March 2025

there are meetings on 12th and 19th just not opened yet - it looks like mondays are gone (easy to understand because no kimberley anymore) I welcome this - Every monday the stipes should sit and clear up these cases -no excuses ..

from SA horse racing. Unless they still loading new ones because of the rain but currently we are only raing 22 of the 31 days in March
 

Dates still dont show race meetings. Maybe a few of the rained out event will pick a few of those dates.

Maybe have a two years olds only day. that program must be severly backed up by now.

Horses gathering dust in the stables instaed of racing.

PE one area where trainers actually race their horses with no fear of being smashed by the merit rating syste.
KZN trainers just seem to be apathetic to the plight of the owners.
Cape deep pockets
and Gauteng seem to muddle on with enough big yards making up the numbers on most days

with 22 days of March left we have 8 non racing days in SA.

Sadly looks like that trend stretched into May with some Tuesdays now also non racing days along with the Monday.

Not Great

Pe can always have huge fields even on a Tuesday. What's the reason? Weather forecasts are one thing but surely between all the centre's they can race?

I am sure next local race meeting is Thursday at Turffontien 

So we should get good coverage from Cheltenham 👍

There is 4 meetings from UK available today Monday 

This shows the discord between coast and highveld. They cant be talking to each other as 3 days of no racing is really destructive to your product. Imagine closing yoir betting site for 3days. All your customers built up over years will be gone. I am apalled by the running of racing in SA.

.....there was a meeting scheduled for Greyville on Wednesday but it may have been scrapped due to intended work on the poly.....unsure
