You have graced our turf for many years and are still undoubtedly one of the most talented jockeys around.

That having been said I truly believe its time for you to hang up your stirrups. Obviously it is your prerogative to decide which horses to ride and what course conditions could be perceived as dangerous. But there are many young jockeys who deserve more opportunities than what they are currently afforded. It's time for you to quit while you're (well) ahead...
