Hi Clan, hope you're all well!
I’ve just wrapped up Week 2, and while the exercises have been going well, I might’ve overdone it a bit — legs and feet are very sore now. But hey, no one said this would be easy.
The support from family and friends has been incredible, and I’ve definitely been well-fed!
Even the hospital food wasn’t bad — though every morning I asked the breakfast lady for a bacon roll, and every morning she brought me cereal. 😅
If I had to be stuck in bed, at least Sunday sport delivered:

Considering I haven’t had a drink in a while, it was tough to watch the lead character down so much booze over 10 episodes!
Mrs. S continues to be a total star.
Not sure I could do the same if the roles were reversed. I’d probably be tempted to grab a plastic bag or source some magic mushrooms for the beef wellington 🤬
On the jockey championship, Gavin is now 9 wins ahead of Richard. Expecting more twists and turns there…
Really looking forward to Gold Cup Day on the 27th – top-class racing and massive pools ahead.
