Horses running after long rest - Reasons Given - NHRA consistency

I am sure i saw on a stipes report person getting fined for not giving info through.

Today 5 Feb 2026 we had

Race 3 Palace Guard 492 days - Tendon Injury
Race 5 Ariels Jet 380 days- No reason given. Why?? 

4 Feb 2026
Race: 2 No: 1 PRINS JASPAR had a 175 day break due to being given time off to mature. 
Race: 2 No: 6 DIFFERENT WORLD had a 267 day break due to being rested. 
Race: 6 No: 2 CELTIC CHIEF had a 245 day break due to being rested and relocating.

Another example
PE Race 3

Half Moon Rising rested for nearly a full year. And no reason given for the rest by NHRA. Why??
