Am I missing something? Isn't it free to play? You are very harsh these days Fingers.. 

Sure it's free for the 100k but if you want the million a minimum of R50 needs to be wagered.
Let's say a third of the 10 000 entries add a R50 bet,that adds up to around R166 000 a day.
Let's say someone wins it once a month with the odd millionaire added in I think what they payout per month they make in one day.
But we got no obligation to play the R50 bet so yes it can be absolutely free but with that million they offer plenty will take the bait.
A bookmaker will never offer something if they going to lose in the long run.
