Maybe the Natal betting syndicate can explain to us why this continually seems to happen in their province.It is such a regular occurence that it is definitely not a coincidence,and yet Dean Finder explains on USO that this practise is not acceptable.Maybe Mr T would like to give a reply on here.

Check the stipes report it will give a reason why horse is scratched.

Did check Grecko utd..It stated.."scratched after claimed 3 times so that a deduction from all winning bets was at a minimum of 25%"..heehee only joking!
