Good morning I know its early, but just got up for a pee and some water.
The answer to the question is Divine Act vs Brainteaser, the Act won by 5lenghts and was the second fav, and we nearly broke our backs trying to lift the late Hans Eerenstien into the winners box, 50,000? crowd at Gosforth Park, those were the days.
p.s. charles was the jock and striker on the Azzie horse.

Cliffie Otto is a businessman in Port Shepstone (think he owns a butchery or bakery). Allan Jacobsen (Billy the Kid's dad) is big mates with him.
