Non golfers will each receive a beauty vouchers
Includes three nights accommodation at the Graceland Hotel Casino & Country Club, golf for the players including practice round plus all breakfasts and dinners for everyone. 15 golf carts are available on a first-come-first-served basis at R180.00 per cart per day although preference will be given to those with a medical certificate. Caddy fees are for your own account. (R100-00)
N.B Please note that should anyone wish to take advantage of the weekend and go up on the Friday and/or Saturday night they may do so at their own cost.
The cost for the additional night is to be confirmed shortly.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT/TEE-OFF TIMES
The 2009 Racing Masters Champion is decided on an individual stableford points basis over 36 holes. Players may form their own four-balls for Round One but re-pairing will apply for Round Two, with the worst scores going off first and the leaders last. There is a “Happy Hacker” division and we will again see some Old Familiar Faces in that group!
The first tee-off time will be 09h00 to allow us to finish earlier and join our partners and friends for the afternoon.
Extras for the ladies are detailed in the programme.
75 Rooms have been provisionally booked at the hotel and to facilitate matters it would be appreciated if your confirmed booking, together with advance payment of the package could be received by Friday 2 May 2009 at the very latest.
