I doubt it that we will race tomorrow in Scottsville.

The heavens has opened up twice today. It has not poured in buckets but poured in baths and 44 gallon drums.

The heavens opened up again.
Roads in the residentail areas are flooded. Roads are impassable.

Manhole covers on the road surfaces have lifted and disappeared due to the velocity of the waterflow.

At least the municipal employees are on the job.

If there is no racing tomorrow, at least I would not be giving away some of my winnings from yesterday.
