Any thoughts, markets very quiet.
Would suggest that Pure Hokum at 15/10 might start at evens?

Don't often get a chance to watch a race from Kimberley, but just watched a fav go from 6/10 to 2/1 slow away raced 5 wide rushed and faded, is it normal to have such big drifts and poor rides from Flamingo, or did I just watch a poor example?

Well Peter Miller virtually owns the track, trains most of the horses and gives the punters tips on his horses he fancies, who don't win, so that he can back his other ones in the race that he does not mention or note have no chance of winning. He will do anything to keep racing going at Kimberley, He has even stood in as presenter a few times to interview jocks, trainers and owners as P could not get a presenter up there for the day. They will rather keep this lions park open and get rid of Gosworth Park, New Market and Bloemfontein. What's next? Durbanville or Clairwood. But not the lions park.

Retaining Scottsville over Clairwood would be like keeping the umbilical cord and throwing away the baby!
