Shearer perfect timimg = if they stay up his god status will grow and he can start next year fresh.

If they go down a) no one will blame him b) he'll have less pressure and an easier league to make his mistakes in c) they'll come straight back up = God status even bigger!

Pls let him help the poor team - they need to stay in premiership - without them how can i and my beloved spurs hope to receive our annual bottle of scotch from a certain wellknow poster(up to five bottles now) Thanks to this fantastic team I'll never have to drink Tea with Tony

I would really like to see them stay up - but they've been battling relegation for a few years now, time to give someone else a chance!!! A year in the championship might do them the world of good!!!!
