Flamingo Park Monday.

Post your fancies, here is what Jack Milner from Racing Express has to say.

Hoping for another winner for Nicola?

JACK MILNER RXP

HABIT dictates that when Peter Miller has four runners in a Pinnacle Plate at Flamingo Park, most tipsters will select one of them to win. However, the modus operandi could change on Monday in Race 7, where visiting trainers Andre Kirsten, Corne Spies and Ian Jayes could displace the usual Miller winner.

Kirsten sends out Montaque, a five-time winner who has a proven record at this track. He has visited Kimberley on two occasions and has established a record of a win and a third place. Based on merit ratings the five-year-old is not well weighted here but he carries just 53kg and that should make him pretty competitive. Deon Sampson gets the ride.

Copper Trader made a successful start to his Kimberley career, flying late to beat Welo by 1.25 lengths over 1200m. In a rather strange move, the four-year-old Lecture gelding lasted just one run with trainer Jaap Visser and has now moved to Spies.

He is still one of the better weighted runners here, despite carrying 62kg, and as long as Francois Naude can get him going in time, he should contest the finish.

Ordinance makes his first trip to ``Big Hole’’ country but he does love racing on the sand. At eight-year-old he is still competitive and should give a good account of himself.

He might have some work to do against Montaque who finished 0.10 lengths behind him in their last start against Arabian Mist and is now 4kg better off.

Spies also saddles "Woelfin" and the filly is at least 2kg better off with any other runner. She also has a further 2.5kg taken off her back courtesy of apprentice "Nicola Welch", who has ridden her to victory in a Pinnacle Plate here before.

I think Spies will win it one way or the other, very little in it between his two. Copper Trader has beaten Hear The Drums in a plate race in PE and is a bit classy.

Copper Trader scratched. That simplifies it a bit - hopefully!

Good afternoon Magic, don't often check Flamingo Park, but thought you might have given us a "magic" double, Expert Magic and Magical Muse?

Plus if Rip Van Winkle is not tired after Newmarket should put the opposition to sleep?

lol

I really do need to find a 'punting' system that works as I find them but still do my cash - makes you really mad when someone says did you back it and you say yes but the other two in the SW are still running - difficult game - suggestions welcome!!!

Well done !I really have not had any punting form for months - I'm really getting upset with finding them and still going home poor - I think I might just take a break from punting as my combos are letting me down.
