Smith coupling in the 6th race looks the likely banker, with Juan Pablo preferred over 1400m. French Glamour hasn't won since doing a tendon ages ago but could have found the right race if 1300m isn't a bit short. Scripture hard to beat if half the horse she used to be as a 2yo. Battle Line and Tuatara (each way) also make quite a lot of appeal. Play well!

ML, I fancy Dancing Penny very strong today, Battle Line never won at this track as far as I know, I am with you on French Glamour as there are question marks around the well weighted other runners.... King Lu perhaps a better eachway prospect though. I will float these two in the quartet and see how it goes. I am glad to see they have put the blinkers on Second Foundation... my double onto Dancing Penny

Battle Line has not won at the course, but was beaten a head there two runs back so I'm not worried on that score.

8/1 Sand Pebble looks a nice price. Meets weakish field IMHO and is from an in-form stable. I'll take on all those that got thumped by Gav's Mission.

Will they run.. I heard it just as gloomy there as it is here in cape town.. But then again i not trust tv weather report it probally sunny in pe.
