Good morning to you all, I must be going through a mid-week crisis? Mind you, if I post now it gives me a break for the weekend.

Firstly I must remind you off the competition, please have a try, good prize for a good cause, check the Forum for details.

Its been fun living in Pretoria this week especially at my Afrikaans local with the Blue Bulls fever 15/10 to lift the Super 14 trophy, the Lang Arms have been in full swing, arm wrestling, darts, pool and the odd fight, in addition the men have also been having a good time.
Chiefs and Hurricanes are 3/1 and Crusaders are 7/1, come on the Bulla.

On the soccer front will be making a plan for a crowd to watch the Man Unt vs Barcelona final, remains a hard call with joint favs, but will be cheering for United.

The racing has been great recently and was it not magic to see Rachel Alexandra beat the colts in the Preakness. I have a zest for racing in the States which I never had before and I expect Mine That Bird to win the Belmont, some great posts on the site, plus the videos.

I felt Presvis was unlucky in Singapore and was disappointed with the SA runners, but feel bad for the connections, but "we'll be back".

Looking forward to Ascot and I hope you took the high prices on offer for J.J. the Jet Plane who must have a serious chance of winning the Kings Stand Stakes, have been having a look at the form lines via Borderleescott/Mythical Flight and if J.J. runs to its best form, we could be in or a big pay-out.

The Oaks and the Derby, 5th and 6th of June where Sariska is top of boards at 4/1, Rainbow View 11/2 and Midday 6/1., 10/1 bar!
Fame and Glory is still 3/1 for the Derby with Sea The Stars at 4/1, Black Bear Island and Gan Amhras 9/1 and 14/1 bar.
The betting for Ascot on 16th June has Amour Prope a weak 5/1 fav and suggest anything on JJ better than 10/1, you take.
The Gold Cup on the 18th has Patkai coming in for more support and has shortened to 5/2 with the champ Yeats at 4/1.

I will be heading off for another Ruby Murray (curry) this weekend to my new favourite Indian restaurant and listen to nice background music "how my sitar gently weeps".

Good punting and may your God be with you.
