NECO SHOWN AS SCRATCHED BY TELLYTRACK

Mate just rang me to say that Clairwood first leg Pick 6 winner Neco was shown as scratched by Tellytrack yesterday .
Apparently they apologised later.
Anybody else fall prey to to this bungle?

Human error happens unfortunately,very easy to be given wrong information or back room staff inputing wrong details etc,etc

True, but it is interesting how secure the tote dividends are once they are final - nobody gets paid on wrong numbers ever and that same secure infallible system needs to be implemented at Tellytrack ito results and scratchings - the monkey in the data room is not checked and supervised - or told that punters are making financial decisions based on what they see on the screen.
The hit and miss attitude is unnaceptable.
Do you throw tickets away based on results you see on tellytrack??
I doubt it!
