Good afternoon all, would appear to be a few hotties running, but its Scottsville?

Glewein is 6/10 .....8/10 on Interbet
Zorba firm at evens and no offers!
Brutus Maximus is 5/10, they have taken the 7/10 and 6/10 on offer
In Camera 3/1 you can have 4/1

good punting!

Jack would appear bullish from Racing Express.

Punters can clean up at Scottsville on Wednesday
JACK MILNER
THERE look to be a number of standout bets at Scottsville on Wednesday afternoon and if everything goes according to plan, it could be a lucrative day for punters.

The Mike de Kock yard should start the ball rolling with Honour The Jury in Race 2, a Maiden Juvenile Plate over 1600m. The Jallad gelding took on older horses in his last start, in only his second visit to the racecourse, and was caught late by Conner MacLeod.

While the winner is pretty moderate, the pair met at level weights whereas a two-year-old should have been getting around 10kg from the winner. Back in his own age group he should be tough to beat.

Only inexperience cost Zorba victory in his last start because he went down by the narrowest of margins to Great Sovereign over 1400m at this track. Jockey Anton Marcus has a high opinion of this Fort Wood gelding and over 1600m this time around Zorba will take some stopping in Race 4.

Marcus did express the view that the inside track at Scottsville may not be the ideal track for Zorba.

Brutus Maximus found Handsome Bullion too good over 1600m at this track in his last start but was doing his best work late and will be suited to the 1950m of Race 5. He takes on an extremely moderate field and the son of Caesour looks the nap bet on the card.

Pick Of The Bunch made an excellent debut when going down a head to Spanish Emblem over 1000m at the track. The Spaceship filly runs in Race 8 over 1200m and if there are no top-class first timers, Alyson Wright’s runner should scoop top honours.

5/10 with 2 unknown factors in the Brown coupling and racing at Scottsville is too short. I may be eating my words, but punter beware.

Race 6 looks like the race of the day. Interesting to see how ex Marcus inmate Rudi Rocks goes against Flying West. Did note that Flying West is an acceptor in a feature on Saturday 27/06. There are one or two other really good horses in this race and it may be wider than it looks. I have gone against better judgement and bankered Rudi Rocks.
