Phumelela released a statement stating that they will be going ahead with the construction of lights at Turffontein despite the deadline for an Enviromental Authorisation having expired.
When all is said and done is the price ticket of 55 million for Night Racing at Turffontein really good for the ''Game''?

as an owner i enjoy night racing but would prefer that 55 million to go into the stakes pot rather
