I often talk to a friend on Sype while we view the racing. Sometimes its about a 6 second differance. Pity that he cannot have in running betting.

The biggest problem of SA racing on Betfair is lack of liquidity.When the inevitable happens there will be a "rand" wallet(as there is for the aussie dollar) and that will change the whole game.
All SA racing and sport will then be conducted, internationaly and by all parties,in rands.

Scotia - With the "in running" on SA races on Betfair - there were guys who only used to go to Turffontein to hoover up the 1.06 - 1.10 as the winner went past the post.

They must be really pissed off the in play betting is no longer an option despite the commission and lack of a rand wallet.

Good morning aswart, I used to give it a go, but if you consder objection/disqualification/photo/wrong click/flying finish would take out the kitty, not really a loss.

As they say in the trade 1.01 Gubbed/Boom (has that ever happened before)
