Training facilities SA
15 years 10 months ago
I have been to most to watch horses gallop in the mornings..
The best in my opinion is the Vaal and the worst by far Turfontein..Summerveld a close 2nd..must say though the trainers at the Vaal nice bunch of guys and seems they all get along well which is good to see.
I think Turfontein as a training facility should be revisited especially with Night racing on its way?

Buddys was and still is the best by a mile in SA Greg..the whole setup is magnificent..he was a very clever man Buddy
Dont know what you guys think but the horses on that Vaal track just seem to stride out better than the others
Summerveldt is just oversubscribed
Are there any stats as regards the number of horses currently in training on the various training tracks?
