Trainer communications

possum what do you do for communications with owners?

MM I got 6 horses with Possum..I get a pic of each horse on my fone once a month from her..the trainer fones me every 2 weeks to tell me exactly how each horse is going..I can fone him at any time to ask re my horses and he takes the call and gives me time.

He puts the horses on the best supplements when they needed with NO markup on his side..you get a good discount for early payment

They email you before Vet bills are given the go ahead

They handle all the paperwork ie registrations, name changes etc

Cannot ask for more than that.

ja that is exactly what i say should be the normal

Mike what you think is normal is unnormal to others..... its just to find a happy medium for each person!!
