vee race 7 clairwood sunday and a jockey for possible dream has not been declared as of saturday morning..trainers accepted for this race 5 days ago ..i would like to know thw ruling for declaration of jockeys because it seems to me the connections of possible dream are waiting to see if thin red line takes her place in the same race before declaring a jockey..i await your answer
