Botti said:
"Kieren was very happy and said he's a Group horse.
"My only concern was that there might be no pace, but my other runner did his job well. Kieren was pleased and said he only had to give him one back-hander.
"He was very sore when he came back from Chester which is why he's been off and we decided not to risk him on the quick ground at Doncaster. The plan would be to head for a Group 3 over a mile and a quarter at Dundalk on October 3."

Impressive Gitano Hernando back to form
Report: Wolverhampton, Thursday
THE Marco Botti-trained Gitano Hernando ran out an impressive winner of the feature race at Wolverhampton on Thursday night.
The three-year-old, who had been off the track since finishing second in the Dee Stakes at Chester in May, raced fourth against the rail before making a decisive move under Kieren Fallon rounding the home turn.
Godolphin's Khor Dubai (9-1) and 6-1 chance Mia's Boy looked, for a moment, like providing a threat, but the 3-1 winner quickened well to score with something in hand.
Botti, who also ran Scartozz in the race, said: "Kieren was very happy and said he's a Group horse.

Queen Anne Stakes runner-up Cesare, the 11-4 favourite, was held up by Jamie Spencer and ran on to grab fourth, while last year’s Breeders' Cup Marathon winner Muhannak made little impression and finished down the field.
