Tote Turnover

I an truly amazed that Saftote make no effort to improve turnover...I have had 2 calls from a mate who had to go into meetings from 10am and wanted to take a fairly large P6...but not before he knew which reserve runners were in/out.
At 10:10am no scratchings reflected...what time are reserves scratched...he has had to scrap his bet.
Another issue is the UK Place Acc. This weekend pools down to R30something thousand.A guess? people dont like a bet without "live tickets going forward"
and a programme that worked perfectly for a time,suddenly goes on the blink FOR THIS BET ONLY(strange) and suddenly the big payouts reduced ,relative to results.
How long does it take to fix this kind of problem?

BTW no scratchings at 10:30 either!

I'm not amazed at all.

I get sms's from Hollywood the minute the info comes out.

Once again the little guys beat the operators who own all the channels and have (relatively speaking) bottomless pockets and abundant staff. Pathetic.

btw, whats happened to Pearl betting web site? can anyone here login to Pearl?
