History repeats itself..

During 1975, the famous 20-24 rule was issue in Mozambique...
all porras had to leave the country within 24 hours..with max 20kg each..

by the looks of it, the same unwritten rule was issue in Turfontein and Rosettenville..over the last 8 years..

most porras have left..all with less than 20kg baggage..all they had left..
From parktown, all the way up past turfontein, a new LAGOS is taking shape..
and they dont punt horses..but SOCCER...and .....

for those that dont know..LAGOS NIGERIA have more than 9 million people..
LAGOS is the size of Mauritius..and maurtituis have only 1,2 million people
300 square km..
from springs to Johannesburg..

but dont dispear..history could repeat itself again..

1983..all unemployed people were rounded up in the 2 major cities of Mozambique and dropped in the north of the country..
wild..
uninhabitated..
ready to destroy..
like the wild west...

so, what will it be...
the creation of a new LAGOS
or
the repeat of the 1983 Mozambique history..
Can drop the guys off in the cape province..chop the part off at the orange river and let it drift away...

or for now...
serious consideration of moving the various offices such as RA, Jockey club, etc to randjesfontein...rather sooner than later....

do they have a guard standing by each light..
better do that 24/7..
else there will be no input(cables) and we will have only outputs(dugged up trenches to remove copper cable).
