tellytrack interviews

Morning all I would be interested to hear what you think about the interviews on the under starters orders program. On sunday they interview D Howells L Dennyschen and Des Egdes .Only duncans runners had chances the other two had runners with no form and really very small chances. Some will argue that Des Egdes Mod darnelle ran second and he said it would improve .Surely the presenter and producer could look at the card beforehand and then contact those trainers or jocks and get their opinions of fancied runners.I am aware that not all trainers want to part with info but to send a camera man and presenter to Ashburton just because its convenient is awaste of time. In fact sending people out to do interviews is time consuming and costly when all thats needed is calls or emails to trainers collect the info before the show and then let the presenter pass it on whn they do the betting. It seems the tellytrack crew just go through the motions at times without much thought or planning. Dont get me wrong i believe the program is good for everyone but then make it worhwhile and makje an effort to contact the right connections.Whats your opinion?

Would have to agree BS, it would always be prefered to hear the views on the favs rather than the outsiders.

the biggest problem is that the trainers comments are not all put together as you have for natalracing dave thistleton deez leon setaro and charl sometimes getting comments...put them all together and it would prove beneficial to the punters

More value to show a rerun of the last start of the first five in the betting than to get trainers views - easy to compile and control - edit, cut and paste and you've done the race. I don't understand french but I see the rerun of the fancied runners on Teletrack and if I want to have a bet on one of the runners in france at least I can see how it ran in it's last start(formguides cannot be expected to have a comprehensive summary of the last/form run so video makes greater sense)

Formgrids can run some OLAP queries per race per horse and do the tipping..
they can plot the details in the same way a share on the JSE is plotted..
Horses have cycles in which the run better or run worse that the average time of the track.
To the naked eye it seems that the horses have gone off form, or that these horses are doing well.
True the horse is off form for that specific TIME OF THE YEAR..MONTH..???..WEEK..??..DAY...???
besides a turf or sand horses, summer or winter horses, what about a day or night horse, early morning before race 4 or late afternoon race 8 type horse.
Trainers have cycles in which their horses run better or worse
TIME OF THE YEAR, MONTH...WEEK..DAY..
look at WOODRUFF, his stable is comming back..
TARRY is going down..??
ZAKI is going down..??
a trainers horses run bad friday night races but the same horse runs well on sundays before 2pm on the same track..
Jockeys are on a cycle too..
the older jockeys ride better in the first few races...the younger jockeys do better from race 7 onwards..?????
