Come now Mr H, it's close enough to free, i mean we have to pay betting tax and DSTV anyway.
Not as free as formgrids I suppose, which seeing as we are being positive is a brilliant betting aid.

For many years I have suffered from chronic insomnia, and Tellytrack has been a positive influence over the past 12 months in partially curing me of the problem.

Now that is nonsense. In SA they have one meeting per day and on a busy day 2. In the UK on a slow day there are 4 meetings and on a busy day up to 10. How can they cover the parade ring and the by pass? Races on the busy days are 5 minutes apart and its not possible for them to show us what we want to see.

Thats also nonsence, we have the both local meeting plus the 4 from the uk, plus singapore etc etc also 5 mins between races
The point being, we have 24/7 info on 232, I am not sure what channels are free or paid in the UK, but I found the racing coverage a lot less than in SA, maybe my family did not have the racing channels?

At The Races comes with the Sky package. They also do the big meets on BBC and Channel 4 and Channel 4 also covers about 6 races on a Saturday. Racing UK is a subscription channel £20 a month.

20 quid? R260 a month, I would be happy to pay that to have the dedicated track feed at home and switch between Tellytrack for UK races and watch parade ring canter past interviews,

Sheik MohamMed payed for Ch4 racing to remain on air,BBC has cut it`s racing budget to 6 meetings a year,Ch4 coverage is good but it`s only usually a 2 hour show then stops for Deal or No Deal and is only once a week unless there is a big meeting on,Cheltenham,York ETC ETC..
ATR is availabale with the Sky package(mine costs me £70 with my £20 to RUK)
RUK has went stand alone since the demise os Setanta and charges £20 a month and last stats i read they only had 70,ooo subscribers..

to be fair I remember the days of radio commentary and it's far better than that - (but just because it is better that does not mean the customer should just take what he gets - remember the old brick cellphones - Legitimate criticism is the mother of invention )
