Mt trip to Newmarket Alberton

I posted pics on another thread.

Just been under the weather since my travels.

I have one of my offices across from the old track. There has been little or no work going for months now. As you see the place so it looked 6 months +

The website selling the proposed development is available but bo chance for 2011.

I had to wake the security Gaurd just in case he got a fright and shot me. Literally shouted at the top of my voice to wake him. K9 my ass.

The violations on the sight are scary from man hole covers, exposed elctrical cables, The nu golf entrance, steps is under water. PIC does not show clearly.

The entire wall has collapsed that should prevent people entering

The light poles need to explanation.

Very sad.

My feeling is that this development venture is going very slowly i would care to know why?? Bringing the value of my offices down while it looks like this.
