Africa is a Country not a Continent?

Listening to the hysterics on the radio this morning travelling to work, surrounding the attack on the Bus in Angola..
The amount of calls the radio station they recieved saying that they were worried about the World Cup was rediculous, some even suggesting that the world cup be moved to more stable location like the Middle East!!
To make things worse the BBC contacted the South African world cup organizers to ask them if they had any contingency plans for terrorism attacks, but they refused to speak to them..
Do the world realise that there is 40 odd countries in Africa?

Then you get an idiot like the Hull City manager saying that this puts 2010 in SA in jeopardy. The man does not even know where Milton Keynes is and he is commenting on two countries which are the best part of 2000 miles apart. Its like saying oh there is trouble in Bulgaria so now the UK must watch out. Some of these Brits are so stupid that they indeed think that Afica is one country and that in South Africa the towns are fenced up to keep the wild animals out.. Some also think that there are no tvs or hotels or not much food to eat. I have been asked on countless occasions if we speak English in SA and do they serve English food. (beans on toast and egg and chips). Thick is a mild word to describe some of the English.

Yes, according to the English media and the fans they have won it already..but we hear this everytime there is a big competition involving England. When they fail to deliver then its the ref or the scorching sun or the pitch was not up to standard or the food was poor. They still talk of 1966 as if they are still the world champs. World chumps more like it and yes my dad was also born in England yet I dislike the English so much that it hurts when they actually win in ping pong.
