Luckly the previous objection rule has been replaced by the current one[correctly in my opinion]. There is no doubt that by hanging in across Fabiani he cost Fabiani 3rd place outright.Imagine if the old rule existed there would have been a riot on course.Well done to MJ Bylevelt for showing his good sportmanship by congratulating Fayderherbe after the race something seldom seen in flat racing.
