I thought the horses looked tired.

I thought it looked great. Just like the good old days. The horses looked just fine to me!

Would be intresting if some of the owners speak to their trainers that are at Turf, and get some feedback from them,on how the horses behaved.

from my lounge I think it was a far more entertaining spectacle then some day meetings and the interviews with Jocks and trainers were a welcome addition. Early days but it looks like being a success though I still would rather have had an all weather track - perhaps that will happen at some point

Mr. Hawaii, you would really attend a night meeting and see horses run on an all weather track, rather than in bright sunshine racing on green grass?

Racing at night on all weather is ugly.

Racing is meant to be a beautiful spectacle.

all weather for day use barry as our sand course is inconsistent(would rather NOT have put up lights but resurfaced Vaal as All weather) - not for night - also for when we have heavy rain and rock hard going in winter - I am not a fan of night racing per se as I think that it goes against nature - Punters and owners seem to like it so majority rules I suppose
