TAB MEDIA RELEASE SUBJECT: TAB payouts

As i told here before, i don't think, that this guy loses money.

he wins the main money with place bettings via bookmakers, i suppose.

he has excellent tips.

the last minute-betting is because not to destroy the place tote.

win-bets he cannot place via bookmaerks because of the limit.

i just aski myself, where did he get his informations???

maybe this case is even worse, than guys are thinking here...

after the race has run...????

Another seemingly strange occurence in Race 5 at Kwth - could have sworn Ashbrook was comfortably the tote favorite as they jumped - however after the race it is shpwn as DDP - anyone traced the betting sfter the off?

Must have had something to do with Koukla being scratched?

Tommy, this was after Koukla was scratched, must be the Phantom up to his tricks again

But I would assume it takes some time for the computer adjust to all the changes and so forth.

Not sure if this is actually the case, but thats what I would imagine.

It could perhaps be Mr. Phantom but in this case I'm not sure......

What I can say is that it seems strange that the dividends were so low. With the bookmakers betting 5/1 the filed, the top two paid R3-30 and R4-00 respectively.

Was there any other strange win and place payouts, apart from the Ashbrook issue. I could not spot any.

As magic said on another post East,im sure with the pools being larger at the weekend the pools seem to stand up to the cominglers..

I was watching the teledata on this race, as it made a difference
to jackpots who the tote favourite was - and Ashbrook was the clear
tote favourite until the late scratching of No 12. But with the forecast
payout of R3.10 on No 4, the local tote punters obviously decided to go
for No 5, as that became the favourite just before the field jumped.

No funny business here!
