A ruling I have never heard of but for a change according to me the stipes got one right?????

High Spped Rush had his head and almost his entire neck in the starting stall next to him.

I have never heard of the stipes declaring a horse a non runner because of this but I'm sure glad they did!!!

Hi Tommy, think if the handler is still holding the horse they can declare a non runner, but did not see the race?

You where right with Sulla mate and when I looked at it again before the off I thought Sulla has a decent chance...Unfortunately our 2 we had after the HSR scratching SSB and Win Lumi dissapointed so no bacon today on teh PA...hope my 2 places still gets us backa again.

I did not see the handler anywhere near the horse. It looked like Schlechter tried to get the horses head out of the adjacent stall but the starter let them go.

I think the right decision was made!

Loopy.luckily i replaced ur ssb selection(i neva back this horse.way 2 inconcistent) with sulla in the second ticket when bt left my own one as is as i wanted 2 keep winlumi a banker.basicly only got my money back.not much more.thats racing hey
