Whats going own there??

This is a top Yard top horseman but the form is shocking

8 wins from last 100 starts 5 of them maidens.

Not a place in a graded race.

When does this yard turn???

It seems every trainer has got this misfortune, due to viruses and etc,but the wheels turn and the stable will be back.Poor owners though.

I'm not sure what has happened but Stuart Rankin left to the Alexanders and that stable blossomed and the feedback from Mark Kahn also gone? Perhaps given a few weeks MJ will help out - Also the poor Vaal guys have struggled with a virus(flies spread it) and very trying work programs. This may be a blessing as his horses might just come right in time for Natal. Racing is poorer without his stable sending out champs.

Yes very disturbing, very few horses of any substance and gone are the days of the "wunners". He needs to get more muti from ol Terence Millard me thinks.

Woodruff has been champion trainer many times. The man can obviously train a horse.

But... I think of the big and successful yards, his yard has often gone missing for quite long periods. These periods seem longer and harsher than most others. I've often wondered why.

no one can win all the time, horses are getting to their limit!!!

at least, i think, mark khan is missing.

i would propose the woodruff yard to take alec forbes as first jockey.
is one of the best but only gets rides from small stables.
