That's both Fillies Guineas so far this season won by a 50/1 shot. Weak crop, though this one has a much higher MR than Field Flower. Thank fark for couplings, hey!

Thanks guys, didn't look like she was going to get up until the last 50m; but Anton (who I met for the first time today - a real pleasant guy) got her running when others might have settled for 2nd. Just a litte sour taste when my wife had some trouble with the security guys (apparently onder orders) bringing the kids in for the photo - after all the horses have left the parade ring. I know that saftey is a priority, but really guys, just be sensible about this. Thanks a lot to the RA girls (Holly, I believe) who came to our assistance afterwards.
Well done to my partners Wally, Paul and Roy - hopefully there will be many more to come.

Well must say a losing day, but a good vibe and a decent crowd?

greg, the 'No Children' came with the move to the miniature new parade ring - no room to fit in everything; I don't have a problem with small children not being allowed in when the horses are about (although even this was never an issue when we had the larger 'old' parade ring); but yesterday being a 'big' day I suppose everybody went into 'overkill' and my wife had to push pass the guys at the entrance to get in when the photo's were taken - and then they pursued her towards the podium demanding her personal details - all this while I was doing the interview. Good thing I was not aware of this happening, otherwise I might have said some nasty things over the air in the heat of the moment.
After the interviews, one of the RA girls (Holly, I believe) then accompanied us to the entrance and informed the 'security' guys that children must be allowed entrance once all the horses are out - they claimed that they were acting under instructions of Mr Little. We walked pass Alfie Little and Clyde's table on the way back to our table, and I pointed out the incident to mr Little - who sort of acknowledged that this was his idea by starting off with 'unfortunately we do no allow children.......'. Clyde then calmed us down promising that 'they' will look into the issue.
Anyway, everything turmed out ok in the end (wife and kids made it to the 'photo shoot') so I think all that is needed is a little common sense - if I can't have my family with me on those rare occasions when we crack a winner, then we might as well stay at home.
