If they ever invoke the rule on inconsistent running, and start suspending horses at Flamingo, they would soon be cancelling meetings due to inadequate runners - lol.

Mind you, small %'s of big PA's is often worth it,as long as you brass the obvious!

River Indigo finished 0,5L in front of Required Help in Required Help's last run,but 3L behind Big Screen Hero and 2,2L behind Silver Assasin,so:

KY267 - Race 3 - R40K - RACING EXPRESS SPEEDHORSE MAIDEN PLATE
For Maidens - 1800m
No Horse Jockey Al/Bl Kg Dr Fin Dist Time OP SP Prev
1 ROYAL CAPTAIN Sherman Brown A B 58.0 1 1 0.00 117.33 16/1 16/1 KY195
4 BIG SCREEN HERO Fanie Chambers A B 58.0 8 2 3.75 118.08 12/1 16/1 TN937
3 SILVER ASSASIN Paul Whitmore A 58.0 5 3 4.50 118.23 12/1 7/1 KY204
7 REQUIRED HELP Gerrit Schlechter A B 58.0 2 6.75 118.69 5/10 13/20 KY239

the form form actually worked out perfectly in that race.

Jap,I agree that Required Help was held and was "a lay" at the price........but Royal Captain improved over 10 lengths(thru Noble decree and Safari) and Big Screen Hero,(and therefore Silver Assasin) were held by Crispians Day(thru Made You Look),but hey,kak horses not reliable.Reversals in races 4 & 5 as well.
I reckon most Flamingo races would have different results if you ran the same races every week! Probably the class of horse makes that inevitable.
Not often you can make a case for a reasonable bet there!
The problem is that the NHA needs to be at least SEEN to be trying to enforce it's own rules though,as it is necessary for racings image IMO.
