UK Betting-Rip off

The UK betting which gets disseminated in South Africa is an absolute rip off.
Could somebody please explain how Memory is 11/20. The horse is trading at 15/20 on betfair. The lowest price by any Uk bookie is 7/10. I understand that UK bookies bet to a lower percentage but to bet several points below the official betting is unacceptable. This is not a once of occurrence. It happens every day.
Notice how many times a 5/10 horse will get priced at at 1/3 or lower in SA.
And before anybody says it is to accomodate the stretch, DON'T. A lot of bookies don,t stretch the uk prices.
The relevant oddsmakers must please catch a wake up.

Exactly Hibs. How ticked would we be taking under the odds and then the horse drifts of the boards.
