Well the Boks got beat by an impressive All Balck team with some assisrance from the ref; amd I'm afraid us punters face an even stiffer task than the okes in green and gold at Turffies today. Some thoughts (usual disclaimers definitely apply today):
R3: Ice Flag sure to improve and is my choice from Major Victory (possibly better over 1400), Altelekker (terrible draw) and Prince - money for Gazman could prove significant
R4: Calanish has been improving steadily and could be the right one here after the scratching of my early banker Technical Toy.
R5: A nightmare - take your pick
R6: Steel Strider is an improving 3yr old and the closest thing to a banker in my book.
R7. Master Blaster should be right there again; but is held by both Regal Runner and Second World - include all 3 in P6 and JP
R8: Preference for course and distance specialist Made of Magic from Sports Acclaim (include the scratced stable companion instead); the 1160 just too short for Random Quest imo
R9: Tough close to the P6; Stella Bella in form, but plenty others to consider - Lady Ameera, Lady Mere (with the coupling Time to Laugh), The Black Pearl and the Gray coupling (of whic I prefer Focus on Fashion) over this trip
So after all that, consider the following PA:
9,10 x 1,2 x 1,3,4,5 x 5 x 2,6 x 1,2 x 1,10,14,17
Play well
