There is a race course at Bangor Co Down,Northern Ireland,
The clue is in the picture you have posted with all the cows watching the racing.Last week the Irish Golf Open was at Ballymena,which is not far away and there were a lot of cows watching the golf.
However the Bangor you refer to is in North Wales as Dave pointed out.also complete with cows!

Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse is a thoroughbred horse racing venue located in Bangor-on-Dee near Wrexham, Wales. It is a left-handed National Hunt racecourse, and does not have a grandstand.

From the smaller jump courses I like Cartmel. There is something about that track.

Lovely wee track in Cumbria they only race about 10 times a year but many little tracks with county atmosphere.

We need another family race day at Randjies 👍
