CHELTENHAM DAY TWO 🥳🥳
1 year 2 months ago - 1 year 2 months ago
Good morning all after a very exciting day one.
We had some spectacular performances and the Mullins machine did not disappoint.
LOSSIEMOUTH was super impressive, STATE MAN won well and we now look forward to a clash with Constitution Hill in the future . Gaelic Warrior also a star performance.
It was certainly a day for the punters but remember this is a 4 day festival challenge and round one to the punters. 💪
Apart from the individual and Atcs we also won the easy jackpot, it returned R93.20 for a R66 outlay but the PA paid a decent R76.80 and we had it 16 times R1228.80 for an outlay of R192, so a grand in the hand is worth two in the bush.
I move into day two in a similar situation as day one with atcs with BALLYBURN, FACT TO FILE and EL FABIOLA but with not as much confidence as yesterday’s stars.
Race 1
BALLYBURN should be another winner for the Mullins/ Townend combination
Race 2
FACT TO FILE looks another Mullins winner Stay Far Away can give it a race
Race 3
A very open race where we can expect a big result.
I don’t on principle play more than 4 runners in a PA but this could be the exception.
Race 4
El FABIOLA is very special and should win the Champion Chase, Jonbon and Edwardstone are also decent.
Race 5
DELTA WORK is one of my favourite horses and worth an ew.
Coko Beach and Minella Indo should also run well.
Race 6
Another challenge and many required in your exotics
Race 7
The bumper and another big result possible.
Mullins as normal has a few special bumpers in the yard and Jasmin De Vaux could be the right one but don’t be shy with your exotics.
Jackpot

Just a note if you are looking at atc bets.
Day 3 should be a rest day for the punters but on Gold Cup day consider SIR GINO, GALOPIN DES CHAMPS and DINOBLUE
Good Punting 👍

Just trying to convince myself that Ballyburn and El FABIOLO will both win by 5 lengths or more?
28/10 is fair price but will the Jocks push their mounts in the heavy 🤔
