I think Man City should be next...their case seems to be taking a very long time...must be their deep, deep pockets...when related companies / entities give you inflated sponsorship deals to increase your revenue and you buy players to take them off the market for other teams, they have rigged the game enormously in their favour and casts a very dark shadow over the "accomplishments"...
