I'm worried that Croc Valley may not be suited to the 1800m she goes here today. I have always maintained that she is at her best over 7 furlongs to a mile.

I kind of fancy Arista here to run a forward race. She is improving and will like this distance?

Did anybody hear the comments from Paul Matchett before the race? I don't blame the guy as he obviously thought his horses would need the run as they could be green, but his horse was backed off the boards from 5/1 and wins?

Good luck to the connections and the trainer. I just wonder if we could perhaps have been given slightly more confidence given the weight of support for the favourite?

That dude in the studio is a plonker, carrying on about Maree's p6 banker (THE BEST OVERALL) and take it in a atc bet etc etc.... the farkin horse was SCRATCHED THIS MORNING... PLONKER, PLONKER PLONKER!!! Thats the whole problem with these studio presenters, there head are so far up PHUMELELA'S ARSE trying to entice the punter to take a bet that they forget about the basics....
