Magic,my comments are not pointed AT Frozen Fire or MdK in isolation.(In fact MdK stable is probably least guilty of racing unfit horses)
It is these situations however which highlight the irony of our regulation.
Many a comment on these threads accusing Jockeys of bad or easy or otherwise questionable rides.....yet to see a comment"went out my PA and the jockey rode for his life but the horse just wasn't fit enough"
Lets face it,some stables can't produce 2 runs alike, and I'm not blaming skullduggery.

Indeed, Rob, which brings me back to the question of training facilities. Are they adequate for the size of the horse population? It frequently would appear not.

This game used to be a lot easier for me when I knew less about it. MR and all the other guides to the intelligent bet are distractions from placing a winning bet imo.
Rob, in the old days when I could still place a winning multiple, exotic etc I would factor in comments like yours into my play and win on occassion. I have now started relying to heavily on the paper (form, MR Jockey Trainer combo).
I must add that MDK has said publicly, he feels this horse is over rated. This is a warning in itself. That being said the conditions of the race and the 1.5KG claim may have this horse at a rating that MDK feels comfortable with. This is the banker for me and probably worth a small bet.
Magic please help wat does H stand for? (6 y.o. b h Hermaphrodite????

Al, H stands for "horse" which means it has not been gelded. It will show a C for "colt" until the horse tuns 5 y.o. The same applies to fillies change to mares at 5 and geldings, well shame they remain geldings.

Thanks Shrek. Now backto factoring of outside forces and reasons.Look at the owners of this horse. For me this horse was bought for breeding purposes. So it will run and win a few in SA and end up at stud. Very similar to Albert Hall. Today may be the start of a couple of wins.

And then he goes on to congratulate those who were 'astute enough to take the 14/1' - he obviously forgot about the deduction:
Very difficult today imo; The Best Overall no value in my book and I think Woman of the Year may struggle at this track. Only real value I could find is Soul Patrol in the 6th; he has won this trip and is drawn well, certainly each way value at 16/1 - together with Mountbatten in the 7th who comes out of the strong Assogia Wood formline (over 1400 I would have given him a winning chance). I'm gonna load up the PA, take a precentage and hope for some results.
Play well
