Always the case . When not punting can find the winners .

Made a nice profit with the P6 (
) ; but let me tell you guys my sad story; I had 4 horses in the last leg of the PA - 5,10,11,13; but because I'm too bloody stingy to fork out a lousy R24 for a boxed quartet, I miss out on R12,939 not forgetting the 20 cents:X

I'm saying the following with all due respect, and I mean WITH ALL DUE RESPECT.......
The people they get to tip on Tellytrack (apart from 2 cents) is an absolute abomination. This guy Alistair Cohen tonight tipped a horse called Watchful to win the race, simply because it was well in at the weights ON HIS SAND RATING......
If Alistair had bothered to do some homework there was a reason why she was rated so lowly on the grass. The closest she has gotten in 5 runs on the grass was 7 lengths off probably one of the worst maiden fields assembled. The last two extended turf trips she got she was beaten by a combined 73 lengths.
I know the filly lost ground at the start, but even so she was tailed off, not finding anything and running out the back door with more than 800m left to the line.
I sincerely hope nobody did money on Watchful after listening to Alistair.
Let me just include I don't have anything against the guy. He seems like he is young and full of verve for the game.....Just think before you tip horses on the racing channel?

Tommy, this guy Alistair Cohen really impressed me initially, and I was singing his praises, but he has been "P" 'd very quickly.
His commentaries on Monday were poor ....he has developed Nico's bad habit of trying to anticipate instead of calling what happens....it caught him out at least twice.
I suppose he wants to fit in.....lol

Having said all of this Rob, I would assume it really is hard to try and get into racing, make a positive impact and dodge the critics as well. For the most part in his commentaries I think he is going the right way, SLOWLY, but that's how a person learns I suppose.
For me he should stick to commentating and not try tipping as his effort here tonight was slightly off.......

stiff there FRODO on your Q you did not take.............. sometimes YOU can be your own worst enemy..... perhaps you don't need the 13K for a mere R24 ?
anyway well done with your P6, your win tips this month are below par........ BUT THEN YOU DID CLEAN UP LAST MONTH........... keep up the winning selections in your PA / P6, Jackie............ you sure do your homework........... DO YOU HAVE A DAY JOB ? I wonder.
