PUNTERS TAKE THE BRUNT ONCE AGAIN,WHEN DANISH DIVA WEIGHED IN INCORRECTLY AFTER WINNING RACE 5 IN CAPE TOWN.

DANISH DIVA WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED LAST, THEREFORE, PUNTERS HAD NO CHANCE OF WINNING BEFORE PLACING THEIR BETS,WHICH BOILS DOWN TO FRAUD.

PUNTERS COULD ONLY LOSE.WHY NOT DECLARE THE HORSE A SCRATCHING,A RULING WHICH WILL LOOK AFTER THE PUNTER,AS THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WRONG-DOING. THEREAFTER PUNISH THE JOCKEY WITH A HEAVY SUSPENSION AND A FINE WHICH WILL DETER ANY FUTURE WRONG-DOINGS FOR THE SAME OFFENSE WHICH COSTS THE PUNTERS HARD EARNED MONEY.

WHAT A POOR SHOWING FROM THE JOCKEY IN QUESTION.

This is standard practice at Hollywood. All straight win bets are refunded after a winner gets a race taken away on an objection. We like to think that we are one step ahead of the pack.(

Fantastic Hollywood for refunding punters who backed DANISH DIVA. Unlike other unscrupulous bookies.
Refunding punters is the ethical thing to do.Hollywood is the benchmark bookies in SA.

To be fair they are not "unscrupulous". They are merely following normal procedure (like sheep, dare I say?). Hollywood tries to go the extra mile to keep its clients happy.

i took my pas with hwood yesterday and missed it with anker danish diva...pity no refund
