Flaming Rock was my best, however the best I have seen Empress Club and Horse Chestnut.

Tough one...Flaming Rock, Mark Anthony and Pas de Quoi was favs of mine but the longer I think about it the more names springs to mind...the iron filly Wainui, Millard's top filly/mare Olympic Duel who survived the bad float accident, the absolutely brilliant sprinting mare Sunera and of course Bush Telegraph...

Horse Chestnut by far. But the horse that got me to the tracks every time she ran = Empress Club.

horse chesnut seems to be the logical choice but empress club stands out for me.her times recorded were exceptional running 56sec (1000m) in cpe to breaking 2000m record in jhb. ifondly remember her toying with flaming rock in the queens plate ,she was the galloping gold mine.

My favourite was In Full Flight......was good to me and on the basis that,while he was alive, he made Sentinel and Elevation ordinary,I think his record is still underrated!
