Yet another dodgy penalty goes there way. Sums it all up really winning the league with a penalty. Cannot bring myself to say well done to Hibs but to the likes of Greg, wonbyamile, east, pirates..have a good day.

Wayne Rooney
"It's a great feeling after the year I've had with the ups and downs, so for me this is for the fans," the striker told Sky Sports, before admitting that his nerves were jangling before he hammered his effort past Paul Robinson.
"It was terrifying," smiled the striker. "It took a long time before the ref gave it. I just had to compose myself. I knew where I was going to put it, I'd been practising all week and it was nice to score."
As a boyhood Evertonian, Rooney conceded that he took added satisfaction from securing the title which took United ahead of Liverpool in the all-time title totals.
"Winning the Premier League is an incredible feeling and to get that 19th title to become the most successful English club is brilliant," he beamed.
"Of course for me personally, being an Everton and Hibs fan, it's even more special 19 times. It's a great feeling for the whole club, the team, the fans, everyone."

CNC do you not agree that Robinson was ''careless'' and DID foul Chicharito? .... The fact that Chicharito was not in control of the ball is irrelevant as the RULES state .... It doesn't matter whether the ball was in the Penalty Box or not; what matters is where the foul was committed

Greg if you look carefully the United player "played" for the penalty by "leaving" his leg in and besides the ball had already gone. Then to top it all half the United team running up to the linesman to put on the pressure to give the penalty.

At least Manchester City can say that they were the last team to win a trophy between the two sides.
