Well I bet Anthony at 15/10 a few weeks ago, but with Charlie Laird doing nothing at present, it seems that Anton's Agent has done a fantastic job for him, whilst one could not say the same of Robbie Hill where Anthony is concerned

I think Anton does his own rides?

Anton is agent for himself and he phones for his rides

Looks like Anton has pretty much won it after today.

28/07/2011 Vaal

On Monday morning this week, Delpech was cruising with a lead of three. As of close of day today, Anton Marcus is seven ahead. What happen? Marcus slaughters everyone by riding five winners at the Vaal and in the process he almost certainly has wrapped up this championship. With just three race meetings left, Delpech will have to pull out every trick in the book to overtake his rival to win this years championship. I suppose now, only injury or illness will prevent Marcus from being championship jockey for 2010/2011. One has to really feel for Delpech as the championship looked his a few weeks ago.
