I find it hard to figure out what Dancewiththedevil's win yesterday has to do with Igugu's chances in the July - yes they are both fillies, but that's about it?

DWTD is a brilliant miler, even better on soft going. Hope she goes for the Queens plate. I still can't have Igugu for the July. It's a handicap, very seldom won by the best horse. Usually won by the best handicapped horse specifically aimed at the race. Case in point would be Bold Silvano last year as compared to Irish Flame. Does the same apply to Igugu? I can think of a few runners who fit this scenario. Will wait for the draw and jockey allocations to decide. Have a feeling Mr Lloyd may have a chance this year if he comes, with quite a few light weights with chances here.

Hi Kitty

My comparasion was made to highlight the sexes.
DWTD trounced a strong field, racing from last.Igugu races in opposite fashion.
Already a winner of the tripple crown, its not her fault the opposition was scared away.E F was very fortunate to have beaten her,she was gaining at the finish.
Mdk has an exceptional training record with fillys.

Everytime those 'quality' colts race, theres a different winner.
Overseas campaign after next race.

Zenyatta beat the colts at her first attempt.

Zarkava beat the colts at her first attempt.

Goldikova beat the colts at her first attempt.

ipi tombi beat the colts at her first attempt.

Sun Classique beat the colts at her second attempt.

There have been many fillies over the years that have given the colts a good thrashing.
